1. How do I become a member of GiveawayADay.com?
Just click on the “Join GiveawayADay.com” link,
fill in the required information fields accurately
and completely, and follow the remaining instructions.
2. Why do you need my personal information?
Am I still eligible to win a prize if I don’t provide
you with a valid e-mail address?
We need to be able to contact you in the
event that you win a prize. No, we contact our winner’s
via e-mail – if you don’t provide us with a
valid e-mail address, we won’t be able to contact
you, and you won’t be able to claim your prize.
3. How do I enter a daily sweepstakes? How
frequently do I need to enter?
It’s easy. Just login to your GiveawayADay.com Account
using the username and password you created during your
member registration, and click on the “Enter Today’s
Sweepstakes” link to enter into that day’s
sweepstakes. You need to come back each day in order to
be eligible for a particular day’s sweepstakes.
4. How do I set my home page to the
website specified by GiveawayADay.com in order
to earn extra daily entries?
Once you are logged into your GiveawayADay.com
Account and have entered a daily sweepstakes, click on the link that reads “Set
As Home Page”.

6. How do I earn entries into the grand prize sweepstakes?
In order to gain entry into our grand prize sweepstakes, which is held approximately
once every 28 days, all you need to do is come back to GiveawayADay.com and
enter that day’s sweepstakes as normal. We do offer ways to earn additional
entries into our grand prize sweepstakes from time-to-time (e.g., by entering
the GiveawayADay.com sweepstakes that is held on your birthday). In order to
stay up to date on the different ways to earn additional entries into GiveawayADay.com’s
grand prize sweepstakes, be sure to check the ADDITIONAL ENTRIES Section of
GiveawayADay.com’s Official Rules (located at http://www.giveawayaday.com/official_rules.php)
on a regular basis.
7. How can I remember to come back to GiveawayADay.com each day?
Can you help me?
We know that it’s hard to remember to come back to GiveawayADay.com every
single day, but yes we can help! If you’d like, you can sign up for our
Daily Reminder e-mails. The Daily Reminder e-mails are sent to your e-mail
address once per day in order to help you remember to come back to GiveawayADay.com
and enter each day’s sweepstakes. The best part is that you can activate
and deactivate the Daily Reminder e-mails whenever you’d like.
8. How do I turn the Daily Reminder e-mails on and off?
Login to your GiveawayADay.com Account like you are entering a daily sweepstakes.
Once you are logged into your GiveawayADay.com Account, click on the link
that reads “Change My Contact Info”. After you click on the “Change
My Contact Info” link you will see all of your account information displayed
as well as a button that allows you to activate or deactivate the Daily Reminder
e-mails. Check the button to your desired setting and click on “Update
Account”.
9. I can't remember my username and/or password. How can I retrieve them?
Send an e-mail to support@giveawayaday.com requesting your username and/or
password and we’ll do our best to respond to your request within forty
eight (48) hours. Be sure to include your name and e-mail address so we know
who is contacting us and where we should send the information to.
10. Do you have a winner's list? If so, how can I find this?
Yes, you can view a complete list of our recent and past winner’s at http://giveawayaday.com/blog/?cat=2.
11. I tried to create a GiveawayADay.com account and I’m getting
a message that says my email is already in use. Do I have to get a new email
to sign up daily?
Each person is limited to 1 GiveawayADay.com account. If you are trying to
signup and you are getting a message that says your e-mail address is already
in use, that means that you must have previously created a GiveawayADay.com
Account. If you are unable to remember your login information, send an e-mail
to support@giveawayaday.com requesting
your username and/or password and we’ll
do our best to respond to your request within forty eight (48) hours. Be
sure to include your name and e-mail address so we know who is contacting
us and
where we should send the information to.
12. Why do you want me to sign in daily? Why doesn't my entry count for the
entire month?
We like to reward member loyalty at GiveawayADay.com. We appreciate that it
takes time to come back to our website each day and we like to reward our members
for doing so. Increased member participation results in better odds of winning
prizes.
13. How can I tell other people about GiveawayADay.com? What’s
in it for me if I do?
It’s easy. Simply login into your GiveawayADay.com Account like you are
entering a daily sweepstakes and click on the “Refer A Friend” link.
Once you click on the “Refer A Friend” link you will be able enter
the names and e-mail addresses of up to ten (10) people that you would like
to refer to GiveawayADay.com. Once we receive your Refer A Friend request,
we’ll send out an e-mail on your behalf requesting these people to become
members of GiveawayADay.com. For your effort, you’ll earn five (5)
additional entries for each unique person that you refer to GiveawayAday.com
that becomes

Why should I refer friends and/or family
members? Wouldn’t
it reduce my chances of winning?
While referring friends and family members
will slightly reduce your chances of winning, we offer
a daily sweepstakes every day, 365 days a year, so there
will always be plenty of chances to win a prize. Also,
GiveawayADay.com is able to attract more advertisers as
its member base grows. As GiveawayADay.com’s advertiser
base grows, so does its advertising revenue - and the
more advertising revenue GiveawayADay.com is able generate,
the better the prizes we are able to give away. Best of
all, you earn five (5) additional entries for each unique
person that you refer to GiveawayAday.com that becomes
a GiveawayADay.com member.
15. Why do you give away free prizes every
day? How can you afford to give away a prize
everyday if you aren't charging anything?
Quite simply, we love giving stuff away for
free!!! GiveawayADay.com is privately funded
and operates on the basis of advertising
revenue. When you register with GiveawayADay.com,
when you come back to GiveawayADay.com to
enter a daily sweepstakes, and when you navigate
the pages of GiveawayADay.com, you’ll
notice a multitude of advertisements displayed
throughout the website. These advertisements
are what make GiveawayADay.com possible and

e-mail address, and/or change my password.
How can
I change this information?

17. Do you really give away prizes? How do
I know these people are real? Is this scam?
Of course we do! Privacy laws restrict us
from revealing the entire identity of GiveawayADay.com
winners, but we are able to reveal limited
information about them (i.e., first name,
last initial, city and state/province), and
we assure you that our winners are real people.
No, GiveawayADay.com is not a scam. At no
point do we ever ask our members for any
form of payment, credit card information
or bank details - GiveawayADay.com is 100%
free!
18. Why do you keep sending me Daily Reminders?
We are sending you Daily Reminder e-mails
because you are signed up to receive them,
and also because we don’t want you
to forget to come back to GiveawayADay.com
and enter each daily sweepstakes. If you
would like to disable the Daily Reminder
e-mails, login to your GiveawayADay.com Account
like you are entering a daily sweepstakes.
Once you are logged into your GiveawayADay.com
Account, click on the link that reads “Change

19. I received a letter from Jupiter Consulting
saying I won a prize from GiveawayADay.com.
Is this a real company that administers your
sweepstakes?
Yes, Jupiter Consulting is an independent
third party that administers our daily sweepstakes,
conducts the daily drawings, notifies the
winners and takes care of prize fulfillment.
In the event you are contacted by Jupiter
Consulting be sure to provide them with whatever
information they request (i.e., submission
of an electronic Winner’s Affidavit)
in a timely manner.
20. I won
a prize that I have no use for, can I
exchange it for a gift card/gift certificate?
Yes, when you are notified of a sweepstakes
win by Jupiter Consulting they will let you know what
prize you have won. If you would like to receive a gift
card/gift certificate of equal value (from a select list
of retailers provided by GiveawayADay.com) in lieu of
your original prize, simply let Jupiter Consulting know
at that time you receive your winner’s notification.
GiveawayADay.com will do its best to honor your request,
but please keep in mind this is done at GiveawayADay.com’s
sole discretion, and GiveawayADay.com is in no way obligated
to offer or provide you with a substitute prize. Any requests
for substitute prizes MUST be made as soon as you receive
your winner’s notification and before you electronically
submit your Winner’s Affidavit. If Jupiter Consulting
has already ordered and/or shipped your original prize
to you, GiveawayADay.com will not be able to provide you
with a gift card/gift certificate as a substitute prize.
21. How do I know what the prizes
are for the month?

during the current Promotion Period can be
found in the PRIZES Section of GiveawayADay.com’s
Official Rules (located at http://www.giveawayaday.com/official_rules.php).
22. Can anyone
from any country win prizes at GiveawayADay.com?
No, only residents of the United States
and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) are eligible
to become GiveawayADay.com members and participate in
our daily sweepstakes.
23. Why don't you mail some prizes to Canada?
Shipping prizes to Canada can be cost-prohibitive,
sometimes to the extent that the cost of
shipping the prize costs more than the actual
prize itself. GiveawayADay.com will make
a reasonable effort to ship the actual prizes
won to all Canadian winners; however, at
GiveawayADay.com’s sole discretion,
it may elect to send Canadian Winners substitute
prizes of greater than or equal value. In
the event GiveawayADay.com elects to send
a Canadian winner a substitute prize, it
will notify such Canadian winner so that
the winner may choose from a list of substitute
prizes.
24. I downloaded
your game and I now want to remove it
from my computer how do I do this?
We’re sorry, but this is not our game and it is
in no way affiliated with GiveawayADay.com. GiveawayADay.com
doesn’t offer any games or downloadable software
applications – we only offer free daily sweepstakes
which you may enter at GiveawayADay.com. You may have
clicked on an advertisement on the GiveawayADay.com website
and downloaded a game offered by one of our advertisers.
Please check to see which advertisement you downloaded
the game from and contact the applicable advertiser in
order to obtain removal instructions.
25. I signed up for your survey and
now I'm getting a ton of junk e-mails, can
you please take me off
your e-mail list?
We’re sorry, but this is not our survey and
it is in no way affiliated with GiveawayADay.com.
You may have clicked on an advertisement on the
GiveawayADay.com website and signed up for a survey
offered by one of our advertisers. Please check
to see which advertisement you signed up for the
survey from and contact the applicable advertiser
in order to unsubscribe from their e-mail list.
26. I clicked on the banners on GiveawayADay.com,
but none of them take me to the right place,
they all go to Smiley Central. Why is this
happening?
Some of our advertisers only accept traffic
from Internet users based in the United States.
If you reside outside of the United States,
then it’s likely that you will be directed
to an alternate destination (e.g., Smiley
Central) when you click on certain banners/advertisements
on GiveawayADay.com.
27. Why did you charge my credit
card? How can I remove this charge?
GiveawayADay.com is 100% free. We never ask
our members for any form of payment, credit
card information or bank details. You must
have clicked on one of the advertisements
on GiveawayADay.com and participated in one
of our advertiser’s offers. Please
check to see which advertisement you clicked
on, the subsequent service that you paid
for, and contact the applicable advertiser
in order to obtain cancellation instructions.
28. Do you
sell my email address and details?
No. While our Official Rules do permit
us to share and/or sell your personal information to our
partners and/or other third parties, we are not currently
engaging in this activity at this present time.
